Summer Meetings - 2019

Meetings – June Through August

Our DIGITS photo group meets on Wednesday evenings at Maris Grove Retirement Community in the Classroom/Music Room of the Brinton Clubhouse. (Click here for directions.)  We start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end promptly at 9:00 p.m. In our presentations, we make use of a computer, digital projector and screen, laser pointers, and an audio system. We even supply refreshments!

Instead of charging annual dues to cover activities, equipment, and other expenses, we rely on voluntary contributions.

During certain weeks of the month, we often focus on specialized themes. The following table provides links to these, as well as further details. See our Activities pages for information regarding our other adventures.

During the Summer, we will be meeting the second, third and fourth Wednesdays of the months of June, July, and August.

The second Wednesday of the month will be a regular meeting.

The third Wednesday of the month will be a service project for the Maris Grove Community.

The fourth Wednesday of the month will be devoted to studying ON1.

Wednesday – August 7 – No Meeting

Wednesday – August 14 – Digital Art Special Interest Meeting

Wednesday, August 21 – Maris Grove Service Meeting – Bring in photos to be restored.  In case of a complicated restoration there may be a charge.  Also bring in a camera phone and we will try to help understand how to use it.

Wednesday – August 28 – ON1 Meeting Although this is our published schedule, at times we may need to deviate from this.  If you are meeting with us the first time, you may want to contact us to see if there have been any changes.
